Planning and inquiry terms

What the service provides
You can browse published trips, save planning preferences, receive suggestions and send inquiries to our travel team. Local recommendations, external AI suggestions and saved previews are planning aids. They may contain errors or information that has changed.
A preview, reference number, displayed price or automated message does not reserve a trip, confirm availability or create a booking. Staff must confirm travel dates, prices, inclusions, eligibility, availability and the applicable package terms before you agree to a booking. A saved preview reflects the information available when it was created.
Accepting these terms and choosing optional features
The website banner explains that choosing either Accept or Reject acknowledges our privacy notice and accepts these terms. Accept additionally records permission for optional analytics and AI features. Reject keeps those optional purposes off and allows browsing published trips and staff assistance. Closing the banner does not accept the terms.
You can adjust AI and analytics independently by clicking their words in the banner or using the controls on the privacy page. When an individual choice is open, its buttons update that purpose only. Optional features depend on a configured service and your current choice. The website chatbot and guided trip builder require the AI features choice. Rejecting AI keeps them closed and blocks new builder updates and generation. You may withdraw optional choices without losing access to published trips or staff assistance.
In Messenger, ordinary browsing and staff contact remain available. Starting or continuing the automated trip planner requires accepting the planning notice and terms and permitting AI processing. You can decline AI planning and talk to the team instead, or send Withdraw AI to pause planning and withdraw permission. Staff must confirm any important suggestion before you rely on it.
For Messenger planning, we use the profile name provided by Meta to label your trip and support your conversation with our team. We ask for a name only if that lookup is unavailable. Your profile name is a display name and does not verify identity or replace the name required on travel documents. Contact us from the same Messenger account to request a correction. Completed previews preserve the details recorded when they were created; changing your Facebook name does not automatically change them.
External AI processing
AI features use DeepSeek for trip suggestions, website chat and staff guidance. Permitting AI allows the relevant information described in our external AI disclosure to be sent to DeepSeek, including processing outside the Philippines. Redaction does not remove all personal information. We do not promise zero retention or exclusion from provider model improvement or training. You may choose staff assistance instead and withdraw AI permission later; withdrawal cannot recall information already sent.
Booking, payment and cancellation
The payment, cancellation and refund conditions are those provided and agreed for your actual booking. This app does not establish separate refund rules, promise custom arrangements or guarantee a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Philippine law does not permit us to exclude.
Responsible use
Provide information you are authorized to share and keep private trip links secure. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive personal information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access or misuse messaging or staff support. If arranging travel for others, share only necessary information with their permission. A responsible adult should handle inquiries for minors.
Messenger preferences and privacy requests
Send Privacy to view your choices, Stop to discontinue automated replies, and Resume automation to explicitly resume. Ordinary messages and staff replies do not reverse Stop. Withdrawing AI consent changes optional processing; it does not delete your saved trip. See data-deletion instructions for verified deletion, access and correction requests.
Availability and updates
We may correct published information, update these terms or interrupt the service for maintenance or security. Contact our staff for current travel details. Material changes will be reflected in the policies and their effective dates, with renewed acceptance when required.
